2006 saw the publication of the first hardback book dedicated to Cecil Rice's watercolours. 'Venice, sunlight and water' is an apt description of this volume which contains over one hundred and thirty colour reproductions of this artist's paintings. Published by Halsgrove. The first edition of this book (1500 copies) is now sold out and out of print.
